All of our products are made to order within our small family business. Most personalised items are designed, printed, hand-finished, and dispatched within 1–3 working days. During busy periods or holidays, dispatch times may occasionally be slightly longer.
Yes — most of our products can be personalised with names, initials, short messages, or custom wording depending on the item. Please double-check all spelling before placing your order to ensure everything is printed exactly as requested.
If you would like to discuss your design or request a preview before production, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll always try our best to help with custom requests where possible.
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you notice a mistake. We may be able to update the details before production begins, but once an item has been printed we may not be able to make changes.
