As many of our products are customised or made to order:

Payment must be made in full before production or dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

Production & Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Incorrect delivery details
• Weather conditions
• Events outside of our control

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate.

 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Incorrect information supplied by the customer
• Change of mind
• Minor colour variations

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

Cancellations

Once production begins on personalised items, cancellations may not be possible.
